Rhythmic Jems – Terms & Conditions

(for parents and carers booking classes)

1. Booking & Payment

  • Class bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
  • All bookings are non‑transferable unless agreed in writing by Rhythmic Jems.
  • Spaces are limited; bookings operate on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refund requests: Once a term or session is booked, refunds are not offered unless Rhythmic Jems cancels the class.
  • If you miss a class due to illness, holidays, or personal circumstances, we cannot offer refunds or credits.
  • In the event Rhythmic Jems must cancel a session, you will be offered either a replacement class or a full refund for that session.

3. Health & Safety

  • Parents/carers are responsible for supervising their child at all times during the session.
  • Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell with a contagious illness.
  • Rhythmic Jems accepts no liability for injuries sustained during class unless caused by our negligence.

4. Behaviour & Participation

  • Rhythmic Jems is an imaginative, interactive class. We encourage children to explore, pretend, and express themselves freely.
  • Respectful behaviour towards staff and other families is expected at all times.
  • If a child’s behaviour becomes unsafe or disruptive, we may ask the parent/carer to step aside with their child to regulate together. The child is welcome to return to class when they are ready. In extreme cases, we may ask you and your child to leave the session completely.
  • If we have had to ask you and your child to leave the session due to unsafe or abusive behaviour, refunds will not be granted.

5. Personal Belongings

  • Please keep your belongings with you. Rhythmic Jems cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

6. Photography & Media

  • We occasionally take photos or short videos for marketing purposes.
  • We will always ask permission before including your child.
  • If you do not want your child to be photographed, please let us know when registering.
  • Feel free to take photos of your child enjoying the session. We simply ask that you respect the privacy of other families by keeping them out of your pictures unless permission has been given.

7. Data Protection

  • Any personal information provided during booking is used only for class administration and communication.
  • We will never share your details with third parties.

8. Changes to Classes

  • Rhythmic Jems may occasionally adjust class times, locations, or content.
  • We will always give as much notice as possible.

9. Liability

  • By booking a class, you accept that participation involves normal physical activity suitable for young children.
  • Rhythmic Jems is not responsible for accidents or injuries unless caused by our negligence.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking and attending Rhythmic Jems sessions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
